This at home freestyle challenge is brought to you by USA Jump Rope. USA Jump Rope members can submit videos for the following divisions - Best Costume, Best Interpretation of Music, Most Difficult Routine, Best Social Distancing Pairs Routine, and Best Social Distancing Group Routine. Each video must be under 30 seconds.

Most Difficult Routine - Film a 30 second video with the most difficult routine you can perform, be creative. You can use editing, multiple ropes, etc.

Best Social Distancing Pairs Routine - Film a 30 second video with a partner. If your partner is in town, we encourage jumpers to get together to film while following social distancing guidelines. If your partner is out of town, the video can be edited to put the routine together.
