from Indianapolis, Indiana have appeared in three national magazines for
young people and have won many awards at national level competition.

Arizona Velocity is a
competition and performance team and is part of the Just Jump Organization,
which is a non-profit organization comprised of over 250 youth and parent volunteers.
Our jump rope club provides a healthy experience for children where they can
have fun while learning the benefits of jump rope as a sport, for
conditioning, and for improving their performance in other sports. Along
with fitness, they learn the importance of cooperation, making positive
choices and how to give back to their community.

The Heartbeats are a
team from Ohio and dedicated to promoting the fun, health and competitive
benefits derived from the sport of jump rope. They have had performances for
over one hundred twenty-five local, civic and community organizations, and
have instructed, entertained, and sponsored more than thirty jump rope
clinics.

Heart Throbbers - The Heart Throbbers jump rope
demonstration team has been together since 1991. The Heart Throbbers are
based out of Jones MST Academy, formerly Jones Elementary School in Tyler,
Texas. It is coached by the Jones Physical Education teacher, Tracy Berg
and assisted by principal, Michael Berrier. All jumpers are current or
former students from Jones MST Academy, or children of staff at the school.
The team idea started with participation in the American Heart Association’s
Jump Rope for Heart program. Jones MST Academy participates annually in
this event, raising money to help fight heart disease. In 1995, the Team
became members of the United States Jump Rope Federation and competed for
the first time.

was established in the fall of 2000 under the leadership of Coach David

Hoppin'
Hawks This Club consists of several hundred jumpers representing
more than 35 elementary, secondary, & home schools in Maryland &
Pennsylvania. The team gives performances that focus on such themes
as: leadership, teamwork, decision making, goal setting, and

Impact Tri-Force - IMPACT Tri Force is a precision jump rope team from
Cary, North Carolina formed for the purpose of promoting physical fitness
and community service while building Christian values in our team members.
The 2004/05 team, led by Coaches Sh’ay and Tyler Perez, consists of 12
athletes ranging in age from 9 to 15, with jump rope experience ranging from
first year athlete to seasoned veteran. Our team motto this year has been
“Get A Rope” and our goal has been to introduce the sport of jump rope to as
many as possible. During our first year as a team, we are excited to be
sending athletes to both USAJRF Nationals and AAU Junior Olympics.

demonstration and competitive jump rope team that is made up of girls and
boys between the ages of 8 and 18 from all over the Mid-Ohio Valley. Jump
Company U.S.A. is a non-profit corporation that is coached and managed by
volunteers. Jump Company is affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Union, USA
Jump Rope, Athletes for a Better World, Parkersburg Boys & Girls Club and
the West Virginia Heart Association.

The
Jumpin' Jaguars were founded in
1996 by Head Coach, Keith A. Stokes. The team has grown to three
divisions: The Jumpin' Jaguar Allstars who are Kentucky's only
competitive jump rope team and are comprised of jumpers from the Bowling
Green, KY region, the Jumpin' Jaguars who are a demonstration team from
Warren County Schools who promote Jump Rope for Heart, and the Cub

Jumpin’Jammers have been an
established competition and demonstration team since 1989. Jumpers currently
come from 7 Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District Campuses.
Membership is open to anyone who successfully completes the tryout process

have been promoting their "Skip Over Drugs & Jump Into Fitness" message to
elementary/middle school audiences through out Eastern United States. This

Jumping Eagles - The Jumping Eagles are a precision jump rope team from
Littleton, Colorado. Their rope jumping is choreographed to popular music.
This unique combination of exercise and dance called Jump Aerobics is
enjoyable to perform and exciting to watch. The Jumping Eagles team is
totally non-profit. Their prime source of income consists of donations and
fund raisers.

Jumping for Joy -
Jumping for Joy is a hard working team of boys
and girls who have dedicated themselves to the sport of competitive jump
rope. The current team is comprised of approximately twenty-three athletes
between the ages of ten and nineteen.
Team members of Jumping for Joy, which was founded in 1990,
have competed, performed and taught jump rope throughout the United States,
as well as in Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Korea, Japan, England, the
Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Portugal and Spain.

The
Juneau Jumpers is
a multi-age rope skipping competition and demonstration team located in the
beautiful city of Juneau, Alaska. Through the sport of rope skipping we
encourage and establish the love of a sport for health and fitness.

The
Kangaroo Kids
Precision Jump Rope Team began in 1978 as a small jump rope physical
fitness club and today consists of more than 100 children from all areas of
Howard County, Maryland. Their mission is to perform and conduct jump
rope fitness shows, demonstrations, workshops and competitions to help
spread the word about the benefits of this form of physical fitness.

Lakewood
Jazzy Jumpers - Lakewood School is one of the few
schools with a jump rope club and team. The team has 23 members this year.
The club has many students on the team and even more in the club. The jump
rope club travels to colleges and performs at basketball games at their
halftime. The team also performs at other elementary schools. To join the
team there are routines that you have to pass, then make up your own routine
and hopefully be accept into the jump rope team. The Jump Rope Team and
club members dedicate their time to this exciting and challenging club. If
you ever have the chance to see the Team and Club perform you will be very
impressed.

The
Lincoln Lions jump rope
team of Manville, R.I. was founded in 1988 as an after school club. Mr.
Byron Kinniburgh who was the Phys ed. Teacher at Northern Lincoln Elementary
school became the coach of the team when they started jumping for “Jump Rope
for heart”. Practices were held after school and the students ages ranged
from 6-18, and grades K-12. Our jumpers learn routines from other jump rope
organizations and camps. Some students even choreograph their own routines.

The Montana
Skippers have a show team that consists of almost 50 jumpers. These
jumpers have been seen at the University of Montana and local high school
half-time shows, homecoming parades, First Night, Kid's Fest, Western
Montana Fair, Farmer's Market, Health Fairs and at many area schools and
senior citizen centers. Members of the team have attended camps and
workshops around the country and have brought home ribbons and medals from
local, regional and nationwide tournaments.

Palpating
Panthers - Jump rope has become a big part of the life’s of the fifty
plus boys and girls of La Cañada Unified School District’s Palpitating
Panthers Jump Rope Team. Members are in grades 3 through 11 and there is
also a club of over 100 participants in grades 1 – 6. The group was founded
in 1990 and has grown and become increasingly active ever since. The team
performs for many school, religious and civic groups; hosts an annual fall
workshop and community performance; does many Jump Rope for Heart
presentations for the American Heart Association, and competes in regional
and national competitions –the highlight being the AAU Junior Olympic Games!


The
Rope Masters are a professional rope
skipping team led by World Champion, Peter Nestler. Having performed in
almost every state and 7 countries, they currently travel full-time
throughout the world performing and teaching.

The Shasta Skippers
are located in beautiful Northern California and have been performing for
about 15 years. We provide jump rope demonstrations, conduct
workshops, perform at community events, compete, and host the USAJR

Steppin' Higher Double Dutch Program
- Steppin' Higher is a competitive double dutch jump rope program located in
Chicago Heights, Illinois. Our program is geared towards school aged youth
in grades 3 thru high school that live in the south suburbs of Chicago and
its surrounding area. Double dutch is a jump rope sport, which involves two
rope turners turning two ropes eggbeater motion around one or more jumpers.
The sport was once a casually played sidewalk game, but since the 1970's has
turned into an organized team sport with rules and regulations. The sport of
double dutch requires skill, agility, and strength. It encourages
creativity, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Double dutch as a sport
builds leadership skills, promotes self-confidence, and builds self-esteem.
